Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Starntop Digital Services LLC (“Starntop,” “we,” “us”), a New York limited liability company based in New York, New York, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit starntop.com or contact us through it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the request form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and the details you choose to share about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate and secure the site.

Cookies. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies, for example for site administrators who sign in.

Third-party services. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Form submissions are delivered by email through our email service provider.

We do not collect biometric identifiers, payment card data or government ID numbers through this website.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

Retention

We keep request form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, generally no longer than three years unless an engagement or legal obligation requires longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act (N.Y. General Business Law § 899-bb). If a breach of private information occurs, we will provide notice as required by New York General Business Law § 899-aa and other applicable laws. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Biometric information

This website does not collect biometric identifier information. For client projects that involve biometric technology, such as facial recognition, we design systems to support our clients’ compliance with applicable laws, including New York City’s biometric identifier information law (N.Y.C. Administrative Code § 22-1201 et seq.).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted. Send your request through the request form and say it is a privacy request. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them as required.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, we treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control as a confirmation of that choice.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
