Starntop Digital Services LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use starntop.com. We design and test the Site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we apply WCAG 2.2 criteria where practical.

What we do

• Semantic page structure with landmarks, a logical heading order and a “Skip to content” link.
• Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Labeled form fields, required-field cues and error messages announced to screen readers.
• A pause control for the background video, and no autoplaying motion for visitors who set their device to reduce motion.
• Pages that reflow on small screens and support browser zoom up to 400%.
• Automated testing with axe-core, plus manual keyboard and screen reader checks.

Known limitations

The background video on the homepage is decorative and carries no information, so it has no captions or audio description. Content and services provided by third parties may not be fully within our control.
